Necessary but kinda sucks

Good nurses CNA. Tries to help whenever possible. Physical therapy Dept is great.

I was visiting from out of town to see my sister, who is currently a resident at Arden Park Post Acute. During my visit, there was an incident involving a guest who became increasingly agitated and disruptive, which understandably caused my sister a lot of anxiety. The administrator stepped in immediately and escorted the guest outside to de-escalate the situation. I was able to observe from a window and was truly impressed by how calmly and professionally the administrator handled everything. What could have easily turned into a much more serious situation was managed with patience, control, and clear concern for the safety and comfort of the residents. I left feeling very reassured about the care and protection my sister is receiving and confident in the overall quality of this facility. I felt it was important to share this experience so others know what a professional and well-run place this is.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to share how thankful I am for the care my dad has received here. Every time I visit, the staff is kind and welcoming, and it’s clear they truly care about the people they work with. They’ve been so good to my dad, and he’s made a lot of progress during his stay. It gives me real peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands.

My Mom recently had a brief stay here. While here the staff was professional, very helpful and was prompt in dealing with our situation. The vibe was pretty positive, which most definitely helps in this type of environment. The Case manager was very helpful when it came to discharging my Mom. A couple weeks after leaving this facility I received 2 phone calls from this facility and they were just checking to see how my Mom was doing, which was very thoughtful and appreciated.

You know, something that I will never understand is why a place keeps getting bad reviews, and the place of business does nothing to fix it. If I was the owner of a business, I would do my best to ensure my ratings were high. This owner obviously either doesn’t care, or has no idea how to get his team to perform. I am thinking he/she doesn’t care, which is pretty obvious since they only reply to good reviews. I had a family member come here dispite my pleading to find another facility (due to the reviews, I was fighting it but it couldn’t be helped and my family member was brought here). The first day wasn’t too bad. The food was at least better than the hospital and the rehab seemed to have a good start. Then everything I was worried about became a reality. As others have said, communication is nearly non-existent. Getting someone to answer the phone seems like a miracle, and forget about getting a call back. Infectious control? Keep dreaming. Knowledgable/helpful staff? Very little of that here. This place needs a new owner and new staff that actually care about their patients because the staff members here clearly only care about getting a paycheck.

I have been coming to Arden Park for eight years and have seen significant improvement in the facility. Many of the staff are very kind and compassionate . The Rehab team is excellent and consistently and goes above and beyond to help patient prepare for safe return home . The nurses I have encountered – Domenick, Jasmin, Brenda, and Bridget – are especially kind and compassionate, always going the extra mile not only for patients but for their families as well

,my stay has been very good and respectful and helped out to feel better about myself,to get my strength back,or walking,and Wilma has been a great help to me to get ready for the outside world

My family’s experience with this facility has been extremely disappointing. Communication is nearly nonexistent. My father’s dialysis schedule was consistently mishandled, leading to multiple missed treatments. The staff repeatedly gave incorrect chair times to his transportation service, which resulted in unnecessary fees that we had to cover. When I tried to get answers, calls often went unanswered, voicemails were not returned, and requests for documentation via email were ignored. This level of disorganization directly impacted my father’s health and well-being. My father, who suffers from dementia, was even able to leave the facility at 2:30 a.m. by calling himself an Uber. He told staff he was going to dialysis, and they let him leave without question—despite the fact that dialysis clinics are not open at that hour. This was alarming and unsafe. The only positive interaction we had was with Minerva, a case manager who consistently followed up and helped forward information when no one else would. She was the exception in what was otherwise a deeply troubling experience. Families trust post-acute rehab centers to provide competent care and safe environments for their loved ones. Unfortunately, Arden Post Acute Rehab did not meet that standard for us.

Worst place on earth! Hope you never get another medicaid dollar!!!! Go Trump!!!

Great management, we just moved in and the experience so far has been wonderful. Deserea T was very accommodating and made the move in process very seem less. This is a kids friendly environment and we are excited about our new apartment.

The facility itself was spotless, and it was clear they take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Most importantly, the care provided was outstanding — professional, attentive, and compassionate. Highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking top-notch care!

My mom was at Arden Post Acute Rehabilitation for 3 weeks after she got the flu and was too weak to walk. The pt/ot team were great at helping her getting stronger. Alex ,her occupational therapist, learned how to count in Vietnamese so he could communicate with her during sessions. Kelly, the dietician, checked in with us frequently to make sure my mom meals was ok. Shawny, the speech therapist, worked with my mom patiently on her swallow and advancing diet. Sharon and Tatiena are both day and evenings CNA that took great care of my mom. Andru the night CNA took care of my mom like it was his mom, gentle and thorough. My mom left Arden able to walk with a walker at short distances which she could do after she got her flu. Thank you!

I have been so impressed with the care my mom has received during her stay here. The administrative staff genuinely cares about their patients and I have really appreciated the time they’ve taken to answer any questions or concerns I’ve had. Gives me peace of mind knowing my mom is being well cared for when I can’t be there myself. Thank you Arden Park Post Acute!

They dont even have chairs for visitors. Stupid

This place is nasty and disgusting. The staff is incompetent. Sutter Health suggested this place because its the only place that would accept insurance our mother had after her stroke. We had to tell the staff about her limitations when that info should have been in her file. It is not my job to tell them how to do their job but I felt as though I worked there by the time I left. 3 Beds to a small room. The place is dirty and smelly. Licensing should close this place.

I would like to share how impressed I am with Arden Park Post Acute. After my brother was discharged from the hospital he was moved here. Everyone is very kind and helpful. One day as I was leaving, Riley the Managing Director chatted with me to make sure everything was good with the care we were receiving. The social workers Minerva and Praveen are very helpful. Dr Harkesh Sandhu, NP Tameka Grave; nurses Jennifer, Kristy, Terrell and Chia and CNA’s Osbert, Sanji, Sharmilla, Rose and the rest are very empathetic and kind in their care and go above and beyond. I usually go in the evenings so I have not had the opportunity to meet all who care for him but I know everyone there tries to provide the best possible care. Even those in the medical and billing offices have been very helpful. I know it can be difficult when deciding who to have care for your loved ones, but I am very happy with the care provided at Arden Park Post Acute from the service, medical attention, food both in quality and variety, activities etc. They even have a darling aviary for the patients to enjoy which I also delight in seeing the cute finches each time I visit.

I did my clinicals here for CNA school and I was able to learn a lot. The staff really cared about the residents and I was able to learn the proper ways to be a CNA I definitely recommend this place !

All of the staff and management are so kind and friendly. We felt like we were part of the family .

Is a Really nice Facility and the staff is great and hard working, Ms Shabana DSD is always been really welcoming and understanding, she is in top to make sure the CNA due their work and treat everyone with respect , in general all the staff is wonderful, respectful and caring, is a clean facility as well.

This facility is one of the best, so kind and caring, I highly recommend this place for a loved one!!!

My first impression of Arden Park Post Acute has been fantastic.. the Nursing team, the administration, and the Specialist all work in Unison together. The Residents are delightful and super personable they truly become like family. I have had an incredible time learning from my mentors as I embark on my nursing journey (Angela,Kim,Ranjeet,Dorthy,Rosie,Shoma,Divine) you all have added your own personal touches to my style and I will hold all those very close.. thank you .
